Grady Management is committed to providing all residents with outstanding service. We are constantly trying to evolve and improve our service, which is why we need your help! Acquiring feedback from residents is the quickest way we can identify areas for improvement. For residents that have given us an email address, you may receive a SatisFacts survey invitation. By taking a short, two-minute survey, you provide us with valuable feedback that we use to enhance the quality of living for all of our residents. Currently, we are sending out two different types of surveys; one is for new residents and the other is for residents who have recently submitted a maintenance request.
We are asking our new residents to provide feedback about your experience with moving into a Grady Management community. Some of the questions covered by this survey are:
- Were your keys and lease available when you arrived?
- Was your apartment clean?
- Was everything working properly?
- Why did you choose to rent with us?
Work Order Survey
The second is a work order follow-up survey that is being sent out to residents who have recently submitted a maintenance request. This survey covers such questions as:
- How satisfied were you with the maintenance?
- Did the maintenance staff clean up after themselves?
- Was your request completed properly the first time?
- Were you notified as to when the work would be completed?
Both surveys are very simple and can be completed in less than two minutes. If you would like the staff to follow up with you regarding your feedback, please provide your contact information at the end of the survey.
