You can now pay with Resident eMoney Orders, which are easy, reliable, and secure. We believe the eMoney Orders will save you time and headaches to give you a better living experience.
What are eMoney Orders?
Resident eMoney Orders replace paper money orders that have to be dropped off at the community. You can print a payment coupon that is associated with your apartment from the Resident Corner or you can pick one up from the office at your community. Then, you can take the coupon to one of the thousands of supported retail locations to make your payment or check your balance. The eMoney order payments communicate with our property management system electronically and post payments immediately.
What is the cost?
Each eMoney Order costs about $3 to process the payment immediately. There is not a $500 limit to a Resident eMoney Order like there is with paper money orders, so the processing fee will only be paid once per month.
Who is eligible?
All residents of the following communities: Montgomery White Oak, Montgomery Paint Branch, Vista at White Oak, and Yorkshire Apartments are eligible!
Where can I make payments?
You can make your payments at more than 20,000 locations around the country. To find the nearest location to you, visit the leasing office or log in to your Resident Corner.
How do I sign up?
You can easily sign up by asking the leasing office for a payment coupon or by printing one from your Resident Corner. There is no paperwork to sign and no hassles to worry about.
